My Story

Bree Dettmering, MCD, CCC-SLP is a Georgia state licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).  She graduated with her Bachelor's of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of West Georgia and went on to obtain her Master's of Arts in Teaching for Special Education at Kennesaw State University. With Bree's continued passion for helping children communicate, she earned her Master's in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of South Carolina.  Bree has been working with the pediatric population for 4 years with experience in a variety of settings ranging from the school system to the pediatric outpatient rehabilitation setting. Bree is trained in PROMPTs for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets (PROMPT), Sequential-Oral-Sensory Feeding Approach (SOS Feeding Approach), and has experience treating a variety of speech and language delays and disorders. Bree is dedicated to seeing progress and success for each of her clients.
